Sourced from Sri Lankan tropical forests & made from the first flowering of the Kithul palm tree. Kithul Jaggery (කිතුල් හකුරු) is a healthy alternative for refined sugar. Jaggery is a traditional sugar consumed in Sri Lanka and Asian countries. It is a concentrated product of Kithul palm sap (තෙලිජ්ජ) without separation of the molasses and crystals and can vary from golden brown to dark brown in color.
